What is Dark Maven Investigations (DMI)?
DMI is paranormal research and investigation team based out of eastern Tennessee.
It is the combined creation of Mark and myself, I'm Dave. We are the co-founders of
Dark Maven Investigation. Mark and I met a year ago and between the two of us,
we have over 40 years of experience in the paranormal field.
This all started when Mark and I began to join a paranormal research group in east Tennessee.
We both were left with the feeling we could do more on our own and with a smaller team.
So a year ago we started making plans to create our own team but not just any run of the mill
paranormal investigation team. This isn't just just a hobby or passing phase for us. That being said,
we acknowledge, that as much as we know, there's just as much or more we don't know.
Mark and I wanted our paranormal team to be different, an organization that could make a positive
difference in the lives of others. We wanted to use our passion, desire and combined knowledge
to help people identify, understand and accept their own paranormal experiences.
We are paranormal researchers, investigators and educators and at times, we are soldiers.
