“All men, by nature, desire to know.” Aristotle made this
statement more than 2300 years ago. No other statement in
our history describes our quest for knowledge quite so well.
As humans, we question everything. We are a curious species
and our thirst for knowledge and understanding is the one
defining force the drives us…but where does it come from?
Aristotle said that our desire to know comes from nature.
We are designed that way. It is embedded in our genetic makeup
to search for answers.
Some people believe knowledge is a negative thing. They believe
knowledge is power and I guess if that knowledge is used
perversely, to obtain power over another, it can be a negative thing.
Dark Maven Investigations (DMI) believes knowledge helps us
understand ourselves and the universe around us. It opens our eyes
to that which can not be seen. It opens our ears to that which can not
be heard, and it opens our minds to that which can not be understood.
With every small piece of knowledge comes new understanding about
ourselves and the space we occupy.
Dark Maven Investigations is a Christian based paranormal investigation
and research organization. Our goal is to provide a service that will help
our clients verify and understand the paranormal activity in a residence
or business. We respect everyone’s right to their own religious beliefs
and practices. However, DMI does not endorse or participate in any practice
that involves séances, spells, incantations or any other ritual that evokes
or conjures spirits.
